It should be noted that this independent audit was done in October (Oct 1, 4, 5, 15 and 22) before the vote on election day and before Mr. O'Connor gave his lawsuit to the media on Thursday November 1st and before he served the Board on November 6th. We will work with the Highway Department on polices and procedures as well as inventory controls in every area of the department.
