The new storefront, showcasing the brand’s mix and match-heels and accessories will open Saturday, Dec. 9 at 315 Kear St. in Yorktown Heights in the space formerly occupied by JJ’s Scoop House.

Kara Schwartz — who goes by Kara Mac professionally -- launched ShoeCandy in December 2014 and has since grown the company into a force to be reckoned with steady online sales, increased growth year after year and now, her own boutique which she says is "small but adorable."

“I am opening the boutique for a number of reasons, most importantly, my family wants our house back," joked Mac.

"I had been looking for just the right spot for some time and fell in love with the layout of the old JJ Scoops and how much the interior reminded me of a candy store. The outside is quaint and looks more like a house than a retail store so I feel very 'at home' there.

ShoeCandy will not have regular retail hours. Hours will be posted on social media daily and/or weekly or by appointment only. There will be "Ladies Night Out" events and Mac hopes to host pop-ups for what Mac calls her "talented friends in other female related industries."

Gentlemen: Gift cards are also available.
