Mount Kisco Holiday Inn Sells For $8.5 Million

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. – The Mount Kisco Holiday Inn has been sold to a New Hampshire Limited Liability Company for $8.5 million, according to an announcement by HK Group, a Westport, Conn.-based real estate firm.

“The sale represents increasing interest and improvements in the hospitality market," HK Group said. "The hospitality market has come a long way back from its low point of 2008-09."

Kisco Motel Associates of Florida sold the 65,000-square-foot, 122-guest room hotel for $8.5 million. It is located at One Holiday Inn Drive, Mt. Kisco.

The sale was made by brokers David Lindland and Matthew Keefe of HK Group.

The hotel includes an on-site Business Center as well as three on-site function rooms for events of up to 275 people. It is near local businesses, including PepsiCo, Verizon, Curtis Instruments, IBM and Westchester Hospital.

The hotel includes Teddy's Restaurant, which offers breakfast and dinner, as well as Teddy's Nightclub. It also has an outdoor pool. 

The hotel is located off Exit 37 of the Saw Mill Parkway.
