This workshop will introduce those who attend to the safe and therapeutic use of essential oils (aromatherapy). You will learn about four specific oils, how and when to use them as well as when to avoid their use. Aromatherapy research shows that it can be useful to reduce pain, anxiety, insomnia and stress. It also can reduce agitation and nausea. Nose and hands will be used during this workshop.

Instructor: Betty Cherico, certified aromatherapist has used aromatherapy in the clinical setting for fifteen years.
