MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. --  For the arrival of New York city Marathon, Dennis McGovern, physical therapist at Northern Westchester Hospital’s Ambulatory Care Center at Chappaqua Crossing, is sharing ways to warm up for a run successfully and how to lessen the possibility of injury on Northern Westchester Hospital's blog.
