Crews Work To Clean Up Mt. Kisco

MT. KISCO, N.Y. – Con Edison and Department of Public Works crews are working to repair downed power lines and clear roads in Mt. Kisco Tuesday following Hurricane Sandy said Jim Palmer, village manger in an email.

All primary roads in Mt. Kisco are accessible, but several major traffic signals are out, and crews are clearing debris from secondary roads, Palmer said. Con Ed crews are assessing downed wires, while DPW workers clear roads that aren’t obstructed by live wires.

Water service in Mt. Kisco is safe and operating properly, Palmer said in the email.
