The incumbents took oaths of office on Monday, Dec. 1, the date on which their terms started. Mayor Michael Cindrich administered the oaths to both of his fellow village board members. Farber took her oath first and Schleimer followed.

The oaths of office were administered at the village board's Monday night meeting. The start of December also represented a new political cycle for Mount Kisco. Trustees held their annual reorganization meeting, where they approved several routine items, including appointments to volunteer boards and where to store bank deposits.

A video of the oaths being administered is attached to this story.
