Boris Nolberto Agustin-Perez was charged with first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, a class “B” felony, police said.
The charges were filed following a criminal investigation and his arrest on May 16, police said. Agustin-Perez allegedly engaged in two or more acts of sexual contact, one of which was sexual intercourse, with a female less than 13 years old, Mount Kisco Police said.
In order to protect the identity of the child, the child’s name, age, address, incident locations and dates are being withheld by police.
Agustin-Perez, while represented by the Westchester County Legal Aid Society, was arraigned in Mount Kisco Town Court on Thursday, May 16. His bail was denied and he was sent to Westchester County Jail.
Agustin-Perez is scheduled to return to Mount Kisco Court on Thursday at 7 p.m.
Additionally, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel are working with the Westchester County Jail in an investigative detainer naming Boris Nolberto Agustin-Perez.
