Search For Missing Boy Ends In Tragedy For PA Family: Police
The search for a missing child came to a tragic end on Monday, April 29 in one Chester County town. Officials were called to a Kennett Township home on the 600 block of Chandler Mill Road around 2:45 p.m. for reports of a missing 5-year-old boy who had autism, local police said. The child was find amid a widespread search involving multiple agencies, face down in a neighbor's pond, police said. Officers dove into the pond and rescued the boy, starting life-saving measures immediately. Despite all efforts, the boy was pronounced dead at Dupont Hospital, police said.

Trailer Catches Fire In Bensalem, One Taken To Hospital: Officials
One resident was taken to the hospital for observation after a fire at a Bensalem trailer park, according to authorities. The blaze broke out at Top of the Ridge trailer park, 1446 Gibson Road, on Sunday morning, April 28, said Bensalem Fire Rescue. The trailer was badly damaged before firefighters extinguished the flames. Red Cross is assisting the resident and the cause of the fire remains under investigation, officials added.
